By accessing or using Wrkmark Jobs (jobs.wrkmark.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Wrkmark Jobs is an algorithmic hiring platform that matches qualified candidates with verified job posts. Candidates cannot apply directly — companies review matched profiles and initiate contact. Candidates maintain full autonomy and choose whether to accept and respond to outreach.

3. Candidate Terms

• Always Free: Wrkmark Jobs is 100% free for candidates, with no hidden fees or commissions.
• Accuracy: Candidates must provide truthful, current, and accurate professional profile information.
• Controlled Visibility: Candidate profiles are visible only to verified companies whose active job posts produce an algorithmic match.
• Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability: Candidates must be genuinely open to opportunities or available for work when their profile status is set to active.
• Profile Management: Candidates may pause, edit, or delete their profile and data at any time.

4. Company Terms

• Posting Fee: Companies pay a flat $99 fee per job post. This fee is non-refundable once the job post goes live and matching algorithms execute.
• Accurate Details: Companies must provide authentic job descriptions and verifiable company details.
• Transparent Compensation: Salary and compensation ranges must be genuine, realistic, and specific. Vague descriptors such as "competitive" or "DOE" are not accepted.
• Timely Responses: Companies must respond to contacted candidates within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ghost Score Tracking: Wrkmark tracks response rates and Ghost Scores. Repeatedly abandoning candidate communications or ghosting may result in account suspension or termination.
• Purpose Limitation: Contact information obtained through Wrkmark Jobs may only be used for the specific job opening for which the match occurred and not for general spam or unapproved marketing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users of the platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Creating fake profiles, impersonations, or misleading job posts.
• Attempting to harvest or contact candidates outside the platform using information scraped or improperly obtained here.
• Engaging in automated scraping, bot crawling, or unauthorized access to platform databases.
• Misrepresenting company identity, role expectations, or actual compensation packages.
• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive communication of any kind.

6. Payment Terms

• Pricing: Job posts are priced at $99 USD one-time per post.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments (dodopayments.com).
• Refund Policy: All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
• Post Duration: Standard job posts remain active for 30 days and expire automatically thereafter.

7. Intellectual Property

• Candidate Profiles: All content uploaded by candidates remains the intellectual property of the respective candidate.
• Company Content: Job posts, logos, and company descriptions remain the intellectual property of the hiring company.
• Platform IP: The Wrkmark Jobs platform, matching engine, interface, branding, and algorithms are the proprietary property of Wrkmark.
• License: Users grant Wrkmark a non-exclusive license to process and display their content to matched parties as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

• Wrkmark Jobs does not guarantee employment or candidate placement.
• We do not guarantee the performance, character, or background of candidates or employers.
• Matching scores and suggestions are algorithmic estimates intended solely to facilitate discovery.
• Wrkmark is not an employer, recruiter, or party to any subsequent employment agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrkmark's total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Wrkmark in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
